I feel compelled to write about the sadness I feel that Kodak have gone into bankruptcy. I feel sad that all the students these days will not be taught the love of film that I had when I was at college (I know I am showing my age!).
It is incredible to think that film has only lasted about 100 years, I can see digital photography lasting forever. I even used to love the yellow and red logo!
Don't get me wrong I think digital photography is great especially the way it is so immediate but there is nothing like the organic process of seeing a print develop in front of your eyes. So this is an little ode I found about Kodachrome for all those out there that like to reminisce.
